Welcome!

I’m Jojo – head baker and founder of sakura, baking with lots of love since childhood. Certified for vegan patisserie by the Konditoreninnung Berlin since 2019, I started baking for you from a tiny production kitchen – step by step turning my dream of a sustainable bakery & plant-based patisserie into reality. By now, the sakura team has grown and we’ve just opened our own café in Berlin Mitte.
